jev4pg lets you ask questions about the data already in PostgreSQL without writing the query yourself. It turns a plain English or Chinese question into SQL you can read and check, and it adds a set of 41 Jev operators for the questions SQL cannot answer alone, such as which records match a meaning, which ones to rank first, and which ones to verify.
Jev answers a typed question about each record and returns a probability. The program keeps those answers and applies thresholds you can see, while ordinary SQL handles the joins and totals. Answers are saved so a later query can reuse them instead of asking again, which keeps cost and waiting time down.
A native PostgreSQL version, still a development preview, runs several Jev steps at once and builds explainable embeddings, where every dimension stands for a question you named. You run it yourself with the Python install or the Docker files, and add a TypeSafe key for Jev.
