Jev Inbox adds a bar above Mailspring's thread list that cycles through three orders: Mailspring's own, unread first, and all critical threads first. Within the critical group, the more urgent threads come first.
It asks Jev the same kind of classification questions about each thread and moves the rows on screen only, so your mail is left untouched and clicking, selecting and starring still act on the thread you see.
Install it from the release zip through Mailspring's Developer menu, or from source. The built plugin file is included, so a copy of the repository installs without a build, and it ships with a plain privacy note.
